The weather
The weather of the Mallorca island is soft throughout the year, but especially in autumn. During November temperatures drop to 14ºC at night and 23°C during the day, this season still sea temperature is still nice to bathe. Es Trenc beach can be a good choice.
The gastronomy
Seven restaurants of Mallorca, have Michelin stars 2016 – specifically one of them received two stars for the first time; Zaranda – the restaurant of chef Fernando Pérez Arellano, located in the five star hotel in Castell Son Claret in Es Capdellà. They also received a Michelin star; Bou, Es Fum, Es Raco Des Teix, Jardin, Andreu Genestra and Marc Fosh.
Culture
The city of Palma de Mallorca keeps great treasures, such as its cathedral. In addition, you can also visit museums such as Es Baluard or the CCA Andratx founded in 2001 by Jacob and Patricia Asbaek. A building of 4,000 m2 minimalist style, with references to traditional architecture that is perfectly integrated into the stunning mountain scenery becoming one of the largest centers of contemporary art in the Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe.
The nature
The beaches and coves of Mallorca are another great claims for autumn. Addicts water sports have a range of possibilities: snorkeling, scuba diving, paddle surf… Additionally, you can use these months to explore the natural treasures of Mallorca, as Cape Formentor, the Caves of Drach or the Sierra de Tramuntana, less crowded at these times of year.
